Rose Dwyer has taught Iyengar Yoga since 1998 in various yoga
centers, senior centers, adult education programs and
libraries. The founder and director of the Warwick Yoga Center, Rose has been to India to study with BKS. She is certified at the Intermediate Junior 2 level.

Rose discovered her love for yoga when she was stricken with Lyme disease. After many months of battling with inflammation, body pain and extreme fatigue, she visited an Iyengar class and was amazed at the relief she experienced following her first interaction with yoga. She then began practicing Iyengar yoga regularly and completely healed herself of the disease. Today Rose is dedicated to helping others find relief from disease.

Rose also has a passion for healthy cooking and works with Loren Welsh teaching healthy cooking classes.

Paul Massie Has been teaching Iyengar yoga since 2007. He is a certified Iyengar Yoga instructor at the Introductory level.

Loren Welsh is a Certified Iyengar Introductory Teacher, has been teaching since 2010.  She is a Registered Nurse and a certified Nutritional Counselor. In addition to yoga classes, Loren offers workshops and cooking classes that focus on health and nutrition.



Fran Cox has been doing yoga since 1974. She has a 500 hour Yoga Alliance certification. She studied Hatha, Viniyoga, and Iyengar (for 6 years) and now teaches in Warwick Yoga Center. She is a published writer and visual artist, showing in New York and Boston. Yoga keeps it all together.
